CAVEAT: I am NOT a doctor or an expert. My requirements might be different from yours. Please check with your doctor if you have any health issues before following what I share.

This is the first episode of a project I’ve been thinking about ever since I had Covid in March followed by a sugar hike. I took medical advice and dietary advice. The two worked in conjunction. AND I enjoyed my food.
I did this over two months at home before I was ready to step out again.

What will happen when I eat out, I wondered. I am a foodie. I want to enjoy my food. My writing has been about telling you where to eat and what to eat. But I started 14 years back. I am closer to 50 now. Can I still lead that life? Possibly not.

Thankfully my dietician, Dr Ria Ankola, is a foodie herself and promised to share tips on what to do when I eat out. In turn, I thought I will share the same with you.

In the first episode of the series, I go to Ming Yang at Taj Land’s end and share tips on what to do if you go to a fine dining restaurant in India.
