i have often written about Birdy’s New York Pastry being one of my favourite pastries. Well you can imagine that I was in seventh heaven when my mom in law had got a New York cake from Birdies to celebrate Kainaz’s birthday from the Parsi calendar.
I sat patiently through the day waiting for Kainaz to cut the cake. Once the cake was cut I sat in a corner and quietly went about biting into this soft, moist, sweet chocolate cake. I loved every bite of it.
