Chef Anurita Ghoshal started her working career in the field of advertising and who then, along with five of her colleagues from her agency, set up what is possibly India’s largest head hunting firm dedicated to advertising and marketing. She faced mid career ennui a decade back and went to Le Cordon Bleu, Paris, to do her diploma in baking.
She split the course over a number of years as she has a young daughter here and says that she (Anurita) called herself a ‘chef’ only when she finished the course.
She set up her pastry business under the name Eight By Anurita in Mumbai and it is our go to place for gourmet desserts.
