I am just back from Mr Kamble’s stall at Bandra East where I had some chhach of butter milk to cool down in the heat.


Dahi or yogurt, with which chhach is a good way to beat the summer heat. You can have it plain, as lassi or chhach or even in various dishes such as the Bengali doi machh or the Punjabi dahi wala aloo or the South Indian comfort dish, thayir sadam.
