Mumbai based home chef Shabnam Mukadam is a Khoja Muslim married into a Kutchi Memon family. She is an amazing cook, which is wonderful as she lives two lanes away from us.
We first met a couple of years back at the FBAI home chef meet and she told me that she dreams of presenting the food from her home to people at large as she feels that it is very different from what most of us in the city would have been exposed to at eateries in Md Ali Road or Dongri where many flock to during Ramzan to eat.
She launched her Mumbai based home chef enterprise, Cooking Fiesta, during the lockdown and we have had some amazing food sent by her such as the khichda, the nihari and the chicken kachche kheema ke kebab since then.
In this video, I will tell you about her nihari, mutton kebab with lamba pav, chicken Russian kebab and mutton biryani WITH ALU!!!!!!!!!
