I love the air fryer for the convenience it offers when it comes to grilling chicken and fish, the speed at which it cooks and the fact that you barely need to add oil, if at all.

In this video, I will show you how I make what I call an ‘adulting version’ of the popular Kolkata Chinese dish, chilli fish.
I have used rawas (Indian salmon) for this and the end result was a very juicy fish indeed. The fish was from Poonam at Khar Market.
For the marinade, I used @leekumkee.india soya sauce and @seefah_hillroad Thai chilli paste. The brand of air fryer that I have is @havells__india
