Remember the chilli paneer and egg Hakka noodles I made for dinner on Thanksgiving night?

I kept aside some paneer and veggies and made a sandwich the next day, seasoned with chaat masala.

The idea of the video is to show you how one can use leftovers in the kitchen and condiments from takeaways, to get creative with your sandwiches.

Incidentally, I had started my ‘cooking career’ by making cheese sandwiches when I was in Calcutta International School at the age of 8.
