I literally whipped a fairly healthy and tasty dessert the other night while watching a movie at home.
There were fresh strawberries at home and some probiotic curd. So I put the curd (200 g) into a mixer along with some 8-10 chopped strawberries. I then added four sachets of Sugar Free Natura (like Splenda). 4 sachets are equal to 8 tea spoons of sugar. I then whipped it in the mixer. The sugar free was more for the wife who, like all women, obsesses about her waist line. (She is so trim that why she does so is beyond me…anyway)
I could tell you about how tasty it was but I think the wife’s photos say it all!
